The limited edition timepiece, of only 100 pieces, distinguishes itself from the others through its dial which is a new khaki colour. The alliance of Bronze – the Marine industry’s metal of choice – and khaki – mirroring the color of the Military camouflage uniform – contrasts beautifully together, giving it a charismatic look. In total compliance with military and diving technical specifications, the monochromatic olive drab dial is perfectly readable night and day thanks to its gold-plated appliqué indices with Super-LumiNova® inserts.
Its case of 42.0 mm and bezel are made of satin-polished CuSn8 bronze – an alloy made of 92% Copper and 8% Tin; cohesively a material that is deeply linked with diving history as it was used in the past for deep-sea helmets or naval construction. The bronze case gives rise to a patina which forms on the surface of the bronze with time and depending on its environment, gaining a unique shade over the years. Over time, the metal will cast beautiful tones of reddish brown or greyish green, giving it a rugged and distinctive touch, and making it unique.

The aged leather strap confirms the watch’s authentic vintage spirit but can be replaced with a rubber strap for use while diving.
This limited edition BR03-92 Diver Bronze is available for purchase only through Cortina Watch’s online platform. However, the web exclusive will be displayed and featured at all Cortina Watch boutiques. Customers will be welcomed to make their purchase of the timepiece online using the iPads provided at the boutiques and with staff assistance, or with their mobile devices at their convenience.
