We take a break today to celebrate the new year. It is 2022, and we managed to survive yet another difficult year. 2021 was a tough year for many of us, yet the watchmaking industry flourished. More about this in an opinion piece later. But for now, we take the day off and will be back tomorrow. In the meantime, Best wishes for a great 2021 from all of us at Deployant.

Both photographs were taken in 2019 at the Singapore National Day rehearsals. Hasselblad H3D-39 with HCD 4/28 on the Gitzo Systematic 5 tripod, Photoclam head. The second photograph had a lens rise applied through the HTS 1.5 to keep the perspective of Marina Bay Sands in the distance.
