Seiko adds to the very popular Pressage Cocktail Time series with a new limited edition piece, aka “Fuyugeshiki”, based on a cocktail of the same name, created by Hisashi Kishi, the head bartender at the STAR BAR in Tokyo’s Ginza area and a past winner of the International Bar Association World Championships.
Seiko Pressage Cocktail Time “Fuyugeshiki”
Three models are announced: SSA385J1 (date and power reserve), SRPC97J1 (time and date), SRP843J1 (ladies’ time and date).
The word Fuyugeshiki means a winter scene and the dial captures the magic of the bright light of a clear winter’s day, and the textured dial in clear white is reminiscent of a wintry scene in Japan.
The shape of the hour markers are inspired by the shape of the stem of a cocktail glass.
Three versions are available. Two men’s models limited to 7,000 pieces each and a ladies model limited to 5,000 pieces. All have an exhibition case back through which the 4R57 and 4R35 movements, and each has its own individual serial number.
